We provide indicator and strategy tools, content, and other materials for charting platforms such as TradingView (collectively, the “Service”). Your use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms, along with any policies referenced here (e.g., our Privacy Policy).

By visiting the site and/or purchasing access to any plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

Subject to these Terms and any plan limits, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or professional use. Except where expressly permitted by us in writing, you agree you will not: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Service.

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in violation of any law, regulation, or right of any third party. You must not introduce malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

The Service and its contents (including software, indicators, strategies, text, images, and design) are owned by ImpulseQuant or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No right, title, or interest is transferred to you, except as explicitly granted in these Terms.

“ImpulseQuant” and associated marks are our trademarks. Other names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. You may not use our marks without prior written permission.

Risk Disclaimer

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Most day traders lose money. All content and tools are provided for informational and educational purposes only and should not be construed as financial advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

Hypothetical / Simulated Performance

Hypothetical or simulated results have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading. Because trades have not been executed, results may under- or over-compensate for market factors such as liquidity. Simulations are also designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is made that any account will achieve results similar to those shown.

Testimonials

Testimonials are individual experiences and may not be typical. Results vary widely based on many factors (skill, risk management, market conditions, etc.). We do not verify customers’ personal trading results.

Pricing and plan features are shown on our site and may change from time to time. By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your plan. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges; access remains through the end of your current paid period.

Refunds. We offer a refund on your first initial payment if requested within 30 days of purchase. For yearly plans, we allow refunds on the first auto-renewal if you contact us within 72 hours of billing. Except for the foregoing (or where required by law), fees are non-refundable.

We aim to keep information current but do not guarantee completeness, timeliness, or accuracy. The Service may be unavailable from time to time. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement; we are not responsible for their content.

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any law or regulation;
• Infringe our IP or the rights of others; imitate, copy, or resell our tools;
• Transmit malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• Scrape, crawl, or collect personal information without consent;
• Frame, mirror, reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Service without permission;
• Interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL IMPULSEQUANT OR ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO IMPULSEQUANT FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The updated Terms are effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any such dispute, and you waive any objection to jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
